Bhavsar was a member of the 2001 World Championships Team that earned an unprecedented silver medal. He also is the 2002 NCAA All-Around Champion. In 2001, he helped Ohio State University to the NCAA title. Bhavsar is the son of Joe and Sue Bhavsar. His brother, Sujit, recently graduated from Texas A and M and currently works for Microsoft, Inc. Bhavsar enjoys anything that is science related and would like to pursue a career in medicine, sports medicine or orthopedics. Bhavsar recently achieved one of his two main goals - having a skill named after him - and has one more to go: being a member of the 2004 Olympic Team in Athens.
